my OUTLOOK saved folders for my comcast.net emails do not show up on my Xfinity email portal

my OUTLOOK saved folders for my comcast.net emails do not show up on my Xfinity email portal SO what I have folders for in my Online portal do not match what I see in outlook and visa versa...how do I get them to synch up so that my online and my outlook saved folders and files all match up? Thanks

Re: my OUTLOOK saved folders for my comcast.net emails do not show up on my Xfinity email portal

If you have the account enabled in Outlook using POP3, it only works on the Inbox folder.  If you have it set up using IMAP, it should show all folders that are not local.  If you set up those folders only in Outlook as local folders, they won't show on the server even if you're using  IMAP.  So you need to look at how you have the account and those folders configured.
