move one email to a folder

For years I could move one email from my inbox to one folder that I selected.  It was easy.  Now, not only does comcast.net make it difficult, they fail to give any directions to make it happen.  WHY do they "fix" things that have worked well and make it impossible to use?  HELP!

Re: move one email to a folder

Two ways you can do this:  1)  Try to drag and drop the message from the list to the folder in the left pane.  OR  2)  Check the box to the left of the message to select it, then click on the Move icon in the toolbar here-----------------------
