missing email folders

missing email folders

Where did my Folders window pane go? I used to be able to see all of my email folders in the pane on the left side of the email home page. Such as Sent, Spam, Draft, and all my other email accounts. Now this pane is completly blank. How do I get to all of my other folders and accounts?!

 

Can someone please help?!

Webmail?  Click on the MAILBOXES at the top and they should then show.

I don't see anything that says MAILBOXES.

...because the window pane is EMPTY.  As in, nothing is showing there.

 

Update: I generally use Firefox as my browser. However, I just opened up my comcast email in Chrome, and everything is just where it is suppose to be. So appears to be a browser issue. 

 

Still not sure how to fix this, though.

Try clearing out the Firefox cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

Hmm. Tried that, but still no luck.

OK I can't understand why you can't see "Mailboxes".  Is this what your Inbox page looks like in the upper left corner?----------------------

To the left of the word "Mailboxes" is a small, hard to see little black arrowhead.  If you see it click on it to see if the folders reappear.  I'm assuming you are using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect.

I can't understand it either (that's why I posted here). There is no MAILBOXES, and no arrow. There is nothing in the whole left column. The entire box/window pane is completely empty.

I'm using Firefox right now and I'm not having this issue.  As a test, try using another browser like Chrome or IE to see if you can duplicate the problem that way.
