why there are there no e-mails prior to July 5th in the inbox?

You need to check your EMAIL DELETION SCHEDULE.

To do:  Open the inbox and cllick on PREFERENCES

Click on the EMAIL ICON

Scroll down to tgecEmailnDeletiin Scheduke and open it

Look at the number of days each Comcast Folder is set to when it automatically deletes all email from the folder.  While there, make any changes you wish yo make.


does this  explain the missing email?


If Yiu need to Reciver deleted email, let us know and we will provide those directions.
