maximum capacity for an email attachement?

Does someone know the largest capacity I can attach to an email I am sending?

Most attachments will need to be base-64 encoded before the can be sent, and that increases their size by 33%. To keep the final size of the message below the 25MB limit, the total size of all the files you plan to attach to a single email must be less than 18.75MB ( 18.75 * 1.3333 = 25MB ).

The entire email cannot exceed 25 MB.  I would say try to keep any attachments at 20 MB or less.
