When I send my boss an email, I get an email back from <mailer-daemon@comcast.net> saying:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:

[shows my boss's email address]

AND then the reason:

Reason: Permanent Error

I've been writing to him at this same email address for years. Yesterday, I added him to my safe senders list and his domain to my safe senders domain list. Then we did a test. He sent me an email, to which I then replied and it went through. So I thought we had solved the problem. But then, I tried to resend two emails that had failed to go through earlier in the day and they bounced back with that same daemon message.

Same thing happened today. He was copied on an email and it bounced back. My husband has the exact same issue on his computer when he tries to send him emails. Again, this is someone we've both been writing to for over 15 years at the same address. I would very much appreciate some assitance to get this matter resolved. Thanks!
