When I try to move a message from one mail box to another, the system tells me I cannot do it. What's the fix?

Are you using the webmail, or an email client like Thunderbird or Outlook or what?  Exactly how are you trying to move the message?  Exactly what does the error message say?

The problem is solved. I cleaned out a lot of stored mailed and deleted many unused mailboxes. Thanks for responding to my question.
