To switch your email program, go to your email settings and enter the following:

Incoming server:  IMAP.comcast.net

Incoming Port:  Port 993 with SSL ON

Outgoing server: SMTP.comcast.net

Outgoing Port: Port 465 with SSL ON

Under the server tab, check the box Whuch says: "This server requires authentication."

Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
