lost folders

Suddenly I am missing almost 80% of my email folders (on the left)???

Re: lost folders

All of my folders went missing on 11/14.  Irreplacable things like pics and emails from my deceased Father.  I have spent hours with customer service, talked to a 5th tier supervisor only to be told the upgrade they did to the system had a "glitch" and my folders are lost forever.  They could find Hillary's emails, why not mine and yours?!?!  I am HEARTBROKEN!!

I have to ask----------do you see a small black arrowhead to the left of any of the remaining folders?  If so click on them and see if anything changes.

Oh my gosh, I feel for you!!  I got on this forum to figure out why my sent messages are suddenly gone.  But your story is devastating.  I've been in similar situations a couple times over the years and you're right, it is heartbreaking.  I'm so sorry, and I hope you somehow get your precious pictures and emails back.

Arrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhh.  This "stuff" (I'd like to use a stronger word) is so frustrating!

Re: lost folders

I am told my Mac tech people there IS a way to reteive those folders but it takes work on Comcasts' part and they seem unwilling to do it.

Thank you for your kind words.  I have not give up all hope yet.

I am sorry for your losses as well.
