lost ablilty to send or answer emails on Ipad. No problem on computer or Ipad.

lost ablilty to send or answer emails on Ipad. No problem on computer or Ipad.

Indicates the system does not recognize my address shows it as SMTP:my name@smtp.comcast.net.  This is a relatively new issue.  Have send and answered emails for years without difficulty. Thanks for any advice.  There is no problem with PC or I phone.

On your iPad, go to Email. Your Username followed by .comcast.net is what you should be using.
(Username@comcast.net)

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
