incorrect time stamp on incoming emails

Incorrect time stamp on incoming emails;

tried to Edit the time zone,... ( for that switched to Lite version - Preferences>General>Lite then back to Full  ),     there is noTimeZone box anywhere to be found.  What am I doing wrong?

Re: incorrect time stamp on incoming emails

After you switched to Lite, and clicked on Preferences, did you not see this?---------------------------

HOWEVER-------understand that this setting only applies to the Lite version of XC.  In Full, your time stamp is supposed to be controlled by the clock on your computer OS, so you need to check how you have that set in Windows, OS X etc.

The Timezone setting in Xfinity Connect webmail Lite only applies to Lite. In the Full version, the time zone comes from your operating system. Check the setting there.
