The inbox deletes any mail within 5 days.  I have been having this problem for the past month, changed the settings to never delete, and still it continues.  I can't find the solution.  It's only on 1 computer and I have 2.

Do you use any other email programs in addition to XfinityConnect?  If yes, which ones and which versions?

Do you use a Smartphone or tablet?  Again, which one and version.


Which browser/version are you using?  Have you tried using a different browser, going to Preferences, and changing to NEVER there?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

I have the Preferences inmail box to never delete any files.  I only use comcast as a provider and do not delete from Smartphones.  This taking my emails into trash/deleting them if I haven't read them is not good.  this is a business and the emails need to be save.

Now what??????
