i got a new computer windows 10 dell, microsoft, can i get xfinty as my home page, i'm really lost on this windows 10

Yes you can.  I'm assuming you are using the Edge browser that is the default in Windows 10.  Take a look at this--------------------

Also, if you don't like Edge, you have Internet Explorer on the Dell too.  Just look in your Start menu.  Scroll down to "Windows >>>>Accessories", and you will see the link for Internet Explorer 11 there.

and . . . if you just want Xfinity page (one page) to open as home page when you open the browser, just add one URL  http://my.xfinity.com/   not 30 URLS as they show.
