I changed my user name so my wife could have the old one and the site wont let us. it was goldinails

When you change the user name, the old one is suspended for 90 days, and then goes back into the pool of available user IDs for any Comcast customer that wants it.  You can call Comcast Security and see if they can retrieve it for you, but no guarantees-----------------
