Re: how to copy an email address with multiple addresses

Can you clarify------do you mean you want to add more than one contact at a time to a group folder?  Or something else?

Yes, What I want to do is take a email that has a number of addresee And create my own new group with the same addresses with out putting them individually into my address book and then create my my group by indivudual.

Re: how to copy an email address with multiple addresses

Assuming you are in the new email format-------------if the contact isn't already in your address book, click on it in the header of the incoming email in question.  You should get a large dialogue box with some options, one of which is "Add to Address Book".

There is also a feature called "Collected Addresses" in the address book.  Your account should be set by default to use this.  It keeps incoming and outgoing email addresses that are not already in the address book as you get or send to them.  You can open the address book, and in the left folder pane click on "Collected Addresses" to see them.  From there you can click and drag contacts over to the group folder you want.
