how do I turn my iPhone into a hotspot?

Is it possible to turn my iphone into an Xfinity hotspot?  I have read info on the xfinity site that makes this seem possible, but I don't know how to do it....

No, you cannot do this with you Xfinity Internet.  For your phone to be a hotspot, you would need to do this with the phone's settings and your provider would need to either offer this for free, or offer this with an added cost.  My provider offers hotspot for free at 5GB per month....in fact, I'm using my phones' hotspot now with my tablet typing this reply.
