have to keep repeating longon

have to keep repeating longon

until a couple weeks  ago selecting  Comcast would log on and bring you right to the home page.  No for no reason i now  have to log on to comcast,  each time i shut  down, i must enter ID and Password.  i amusing windows 10 and ,   tried to see if i could did into the files, but  windows ten ist not esy to search.   I any one has a fix  so i do not have to keep loging on i wouls really appreciate it.

When you sign in, are you checking the box underneath where it says to keep you logged in?  Or "Remember me"?  That memory is a function of cookies in your browser.  So if you clear cache and browsing history it will wipe them out and you have to start over again.  Or do you have your browser set to clear cookies whenever you close it out?

no solution,  evertime i open the broser i have to keep logging in, and everythime i select rmember me,   as far as cache  no set to clear cache... so still no soution,

As a test, try using a different browser and see if the same thing happens.

works on  ie in windows, but not crome

How up to date is your Chrome?  Right now they are up to Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)  I am unable to duplicate your issue with Chrome on my Dell laptop.  The sign-in memory works as it should when I  check the box.

Clearly this is an issue with your browser, Chrome.

 

Please confirm you have updated the browser to the latest version.
