I think I may have been hacked through my E-mail account.

Can I just cheange my password or do I need to set up a new E-mail account?

1. Change your password

2, Look in your account history for suspicious logins, and terminate those connections if you find them, and report to your email provider. 

3. Enable Two Factor Authentication if offered. (It's a system where they send a code or other verification method to a device that you personally own, such as your smartphone, before they approve any logins).

What makes you think your email has been hacked?  At any rate you can change the password here------------------
