getting spammed

recently I have been getting a lot of spam in my inbox. (about 5-7 per day). Is there a way to block these?

Also, mark allnsoam messages as soam on the toolbar.  That process Helios tye filters to learn what is spam.

Spam tends to run in cycles, yiu will find none for a while, and then will get hit with a lot of it.  It is a constant battle blocking soam.
