Email account on mobile phone says "no emails". This has been 2 days now. Emails are coming through to my xfinity online acct, Why are my emails not showing in my phone?
What kind of phone is it? What settings are you using?
It's an LG3.I've had it a year and a half and no problems with emails until last week. Suddenly no emails on phone or home computer. Comcast resolved my home computer issue, but I still get no emails on my phone. I'm not sure what your question "what settings" means.
I'm referring to the incoming and outgoing server settings you are using. The correct ones are to be found here------------------
