how do I set up a filter that when I delete an email goes automatically to the next email and open it......right now, when I read an email and delete it, the next thing I get to see is all the emails in the inbox

Re: filter

If you are still on the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>Email>>>>>>>>Reading emails.  At the bottom of that section you will see the option to change display behavior after deleting one.  If you are on the new format, it does not have that functionality.  All you can do is change the display with the options shown when you click on "View" at the far right end of the toolbar.
