exporting a distribution group to another program

I want to export a distribution group from my comcast address book to a sign up genius.  how do I export the list?

The address book in Comcast is actually provided by a company called Plaxo.  Their website is here------------------

Sign in with your Comcast user ID and password.  Then click on Address Book in the top menu bar.  Then click on the group you want to move, and then click on the gear icon at the top or the list of named, and then on "Export".  Follow the prompts and it will export the group as an Outlook compatible .csv group, or you can use the drop down to use the vCard format if you prefer.  It will send it to wherever you use for your download loacation.
