export Address book

We are trying to export/import our address book from one email address to our other 2 (all with comcast)

The tech walked me through the process using the export contacts to a Vcard option.

Then when I go to downloads and locate the plaxo Vcard to import....it asks me to "specify a valid file."


The tech said we were doing everything right, and it was a problem on their end.

He would get it taken care of and get back to me in a max of 72 hours.

That was two weeks ago.


Any ideas to help?
