I am getting the following messages:

Synchronizer Version 16.0.6366.1491

synchronizing hierarchy

error in folder"Chats"  800CCCD2-0-0-733

termination in error 800CCCD2-0-0-733

What do I need to do to correct this?

What email program are you using?  If Xfinity Connect, the full or lite version.

 

When exactly do yiu get this error message?

Which browser/ version are you currently using?

Have yiu cleared your browser cache?

 

Have yiu tried a different browser?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
