error "comcast.net is not responding due to a long running script".

error "comcast.net is not responding due to a long running script".

I am receiving this same error "comcast.net is not responding due to a long running script". I get it mostly when in comcast email.  Using windows 10 and three month old all in one HP Pc with your free Norton installed.  Why is this happening?  I use both internet explorer and edge, if that matters.
