error message in outlook 2010 email

error (?) message using Outlook/Windows 7

I have been getting an odd window open while using Outlook --

The messages is long, I will type most of it here:

Sychronizing subscribed forlders for ---- (my email) reported error

(0x800CCC0F)------------Error: this IMAP command cannot be sent to the

server before the connection was terminated. If you continue to receive this

message, contac t your ISP.

Do I have a problem?  and if I so do I need to "do something?"
