Resontly, I can only send one email, then the emals will not allow me as I only get a white screen and can't go any futher. It started a week ago, please help

Yiu didn't provide enough detail.  What are yiu using for Email?  Xfinity Connect, a different email program, which one? Or do yiu. Use a smartphone or tablet?  Be specific please.

 

which browser and version are you using?

 

Have you cleared your cache?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
