Re: emails sent to myslef go directly to the trash

To clarify--------are you sending from and to the same Comcast email address?  Or are you sending to your Comcast account from some other, non-Comcast, account like Yahoo or Gmail or something?

Re: emails sent to myslef go directly to the trash

thanks for the reply.  The short reply is it hasnt been fixed.  If I send a "test" email from my @comcast.net email to myself (@comcast.net) it goes directly to my trash bin.  I tried sending from my laptop and it happens.  I tried send from my cell phone and ipad and the same thing happens.  The email goes directly to trash.  I called COMCAST and talk to them for a long time and they were going to investigate and get back it me in 24-48 hours.  This was a 3rd party outside of the USA company.  I havent heard nothing from them.  Looking to heard your ideas.  thanks Paul

I have to ask--------did you check your filters to see if anything there might be causing this?
