How do I load emails that are earlier than one month?

If the emails have been DELETED, do these things.

 

1-  OPEN XFINITY CONNECTION INBOX

RIGHT CLICK on tgecTrash folder

Click on 'Recover deleted messages

A window opens... Look for the deleted email yiu want  and cluck on them to highlight them

 

Click on the small green arrow on the left top of the window

A new window will open, from that window, you can move the email back to your Inbox

 

2-  From the Inbox, click on the Preferences tab

Click on the Email icon

You are now in your email settings...

 

Scroll down to EMAIL DELETION SCHEDULE and open it

Look at the number of days each Folder is set to automatically delete all email from the folder

Make any changes you wish to make
