How do I create a group in email?

If you are still in the old email format, on the Inbox page, in the toolbar click on New and you will see the option for a group.  If you are in the new format, open the Address Book and you will see icons to add either a group or an individual contact.  They look like this----------------------

There's also a link in the left folders pane to do the same thing.
