We are able to access email, however after we read the email and try to respond or trash, the screen freezes and to continue, we have to sign out and sign back in.  Sometimes, it happens when we try to access the email.  We also lose the Comcast tool bar above the emails (reply, reply to all, trash, etc).  I am at a Tier 3 customer service person with Comcast and "they have never had this reported".  I have switched browsers from Google to Firefox.  I've taken the computer and had it checked out.  There is nothing wrong with the computer.  We have no problem on our Apple I-phone or I-pad.
