How do I set up a disclaimer that would automatically appear at the end of my emails? Specifically, I would like at the bottom of my emails a message along the lines of:

This email message may contain legally privileged and/or confidential information.  If you are not the intended recipient(s), you are hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution, or copying of this e-mail message is strictly prohibited.  If you have received this message in error, please immediately notify the sender and delete this e-mail message from your computer.

Thanks

Re: email

If you are still in the old email format, on the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>Email>>>>Signature to set up your recurring message.  If you are in the new format, on the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page, then on Settings.  Under Mail you will see Signatures.
