How can I arrange my email IN box by date

XFINITY Connect allows you to sort email messages by subject, sender, or the date and time the email was sent. Messages can be listed in ascending or descending order - so when sorting by date, you can choose to list the oldest or the most recent messages first.

Ways to Sort Email in XFINITY Connect - New Experience

  1. To sort messages in your inbox, click on Sort by under the email toolbar.
    The new XFINITY Connect email toolbar.
     
  2. When you click on Sort by, you will see a drop-down list. Select how you would like to sort the messages in your inbox. You can sort by DateFromUnreadSizeSubject, and Color in Ascending or Descending order.
    The options under the Sort by dropdown.

You can sort your emails by SubjectFolderSizeDate and Attachment by simply clicking on those headers in your inbox. The messages will sort alphabetically by subject (ascending). To sort in reverse alphabetical order (descending), click on the black triangle icon to the right of the gray Subject header.
