why can!t i get my email on my ipad and my desktop?

You need to be a lot more specific.  Do you have the account enabled in the mail app on the phone?  Or in the Xfinity Connect Mobile app?  Do you have it enabled in a desktop email client on the pc like Outlook or Thunderbird?  Or are you just using the webmail interface with a browser or what?
