You can forward email from the Inbox by clicking on Forward on the toolbar.

If you want ALL email forwarded to a different email address you have...

Go to the Inbox, click on Preferences, then on Email.  Scroll down to Email Forwarding and click there.  You will be re-directed to a window where you set up email forwarding.

Note:  If you still want to leave copies if email in XC too, check the appropriate box.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
