I went to my trash folder and clicked on deleted emails.  I see them from past days but I can't see them that I deleted today, what do I do.  Very important emails

I try RIGHT CLICKING on the Trash Folder, then click on RECOVER DELETED MESSAGES.  Ew window opens showing the most recent deleted email.  If you see the one you are looking for in the list, highlight it, then click on the small arrow on the upper left side of that window.  That will take you yo a new window where you can move that email back to your Inbox.
