embarq mail users do not receive my email from comcast

It may be that Embarq has a block in place for some Comcast emails.  First have the person at the other end check with them to see if that is the case.  You can also call Comcast security and see if they are aware of any issues with that domain---------------------------

Had no help from Comcast. What I have discovered that switching out the router for another solves the problem but what changes is the IP address. I asked Comcast to change the address on the router that I have a problem with and they said it could not be done. I know of others with the same problem, it is also a combination of Outlook and Comcast.
