unable to access email on IE keeps kicking back to main comcast screen. can access thru chrome.

In IE try clearing out your cache/browsing history, then close it out and re-start it in a fresh session.  Also, if you are using IE-10 or 11, make sure you have Compatibility view enabled in it for Comcast.net  You will find it under your Tools menu.

I am having the same problem. Every time I press the Email Icon, it goes back to the homepage. Any suggestions?

I am also having the same issue using Chrome.

I was having the issue on Chrome too. Switched to IE and got into emails, but can't read or send them.

Same here. Can't get in on Chrome, but able to access using IE 11.
