I can't open up my email, every time I sign in it take me back to the sign in page and never opens my email

Assuming you are only using Xfinity Connect for email...

Which browser/ version are yiu using?  Have you cleared your browser cache? 

Have you tried. Different browser to see if the issue is specific to the browser currently being used?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
