WHY isn't  EMAIL  listed as one of the first things a customer wants to do.   I have to search and search for the email button.

Come on Xfinity, yes, you have lots of places to go...but EMAIL should be on the FIRST page after opening.  What does anyone else think?????

Re: email

The  Email  envelope is on the very top right side of the homepage.  The WORD Email appears on the top of every other page.

Re: email

It annoys me greatly when, after finding the email icon I click on it, and, instead of going to my inbox, find myself redirected to a page attempting to sell me more Xfinity services.  The more this happens, the less likely I am to buy anything.
