Can't find old emails. Called yesterday was told updating she reset username password said be 24 hours. I can't find anything. Not happy with this

Open XC from the Inbox, RIGHT CLICK on the Trash Folder, then click on RECOVER DELETED EMAILS.  A window opens showing you deleted emails.  If you see any emails you wanted, highlight them, then click on the small arrow on the top left if the window.  A NEW window opens where you can move the highlighted emails back to your Inbox.


2- From tgevInbox, click on Preferences tab, then in Email settings icon.  Scroll down to the Email Deletion Schedule and open it.  Look at the number if dates eachbFolder us set to 

when it automatically deletes all messages from the folder.


Make any changes you wish to make to each folder's number of days.


I honestly do not understand why the Rep changed your password?  What explanation was given to do so?

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
