You need to check your EMAIL DELETION SCHEDULE.  Click on Preferences, then the Email a Settings icon.  Scroll down to the Email a Deletion Schedule and open it.  Look at the number of days each Folder is set to when. It automatically deletes all email from each Folder.  Make any changes you want yo make to the number of days for each Folder.


Post back what you found in those settings.
