Post back with the following answers:

After you sign in with your username and password, and then click on Email, exactly what happens?  

Do you get a spinning circle or any error messages?  If the later, copy/ paste the entire error message.

Which browser/ version of browser are you using?

Have you cleared your browser catch?

Have you sent a test email to yourself?  Did you receive it's?

Have you tried a different browser to see UFD the issue has to do with the browser you currently use?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
