I have two email addresses, but after a series of computer disasters I can only access one, the secondary address. The primary address seems to have gone away. What can I do to get my email on the missing address, or at least send all my email to the working address?

Please explain what you mean by computer disaster So?

On the homepage, scroll down to Help & Support, then to Quick Links.  Click on Username name into the list.  This will bring up a listing showing your PrimarybUsername indicated, as well as all Secondary Ausernames associated with your Account.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
