People are sending me emails to my comcast account and they are ending up being sent to someone with the same account name at earthlink.  For instance if my email were 1234@comcast.net it's being sent to 1234@earthlink.net.  Why is this occuring?  The person sending the email is only sending to my comcast account.

Re: email

Log into Account Management at https://customer.xfinity.com/Secure/UserSettings and check Email Settings / Forwarding. You may need to log in with your Primary Comcast userID.

Also check Email Filters in XFINITY Connect Email Preferences (Preferences / Email / Email Filters).

If forwarding has been turned on, you should also change your password and scan all your systems for malware.

Re: email

Thanks.  I've checked my account  and both forwarding and filtering are all off.

Re: email

Then in your case  I would call Comcast security and see if they can spot anything strange going on in your account------------------
