I always have having problems with my email. Once I sign in, I can't get to my emails. This has been going on for quite some time.....Help...........

What happens exactly after you have signed in and clicked on Email from the homepage?
Are you using the Afull or Lite version of Xfinity ConnectZ.

To check: Open XfinityConnect, click on Preferences in the Preview window. Now click on the General tab. A window opens showing which version you are using.

Which browser and version are you usingZ. Have you cleared your browser cache? Have you tried a different browser to see if the issue is specific to the browser you are using?

IF USING Internet a Explorer version 10 or 11' make sure Acompatibility View is on. (TOOLS>COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS)

Do you use anything other email programs?

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
