email won't load in Safari or Chrome on laptop. Using xfinity.

I am SO frustrated!  For several days my email goes in and out of "the spinning circle of balls".  It won't load on to my laptop.  It will load onto my phone however.  I use Xfinity and have tried Chrome and Safari.  Help!!!

I've had the same problem for almost 1 months now.  Comcast keeps cancelling my tickets, 3 times now, without calling and without fixing the problems.  It takes anywhere from 15 to 45 seconds for the mail paid to load after I have clicked on the envelop icon.  Comcast is basically worthless.

I have Safari and it opens just fine.  Try clearing cache/browsing history and close out Safari and re-open it in a fresh session.
