Recently returned from Europe. All my email is now listed in the inbox with European time and I can't reset. Please help
Assuming you are using the default Full version of Xfinity Connect, check the time settings in your computer operating system.
My apple pro book reset time automatically...but email still 6 hours ahead
OK then try this---------
Change over to the Lite version of Xfinity Connect from the default Full version. To do so, from the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>General>>>>>>>>>Version. Make the change. Hit the Back button, and then click on Email. Then click on "Timezones" and put in whatever is correct for you. Then you can go back to the Full version if you want to.
I did as you suggested and it works only in lite. when i go back to full it reverts to the wrong time
Sign completely out of Comcast and then back in again. See if that makes the change take.
