email sub folder is now empty

I went to look into a sub folder where I put emails, and it is now empty. Is there a way to retrieve them?

Re: email sub folder is now empty

Are you still on the old email format?  If so, a sub-folder is subject to the deletion schedule you have set for the parent folder.  If it's not that, then you need to call Comcast security and ask if they can recover them for you----------------
