email snafu: can't browse my own files?

When I log in on my Xfinity home page, I see I have new messages, but I cannot access my email at all. When I click on, I get a blank page. Same thing for my wife and her email. This is all of a sudden type problem and once again I am waiting for an "expert" to call me to help. This was the result of my call to Comcast and the person trying to help me was unable to do so. It's like my snail mail mail box is locked and I don't have a key. What good is CC Xfinity email if you can't USE it?

Have to you cleared yor browser cache!  Which browser/ versiion are you using??

Have you tried using a different browser to determine if the problem is browser related?


Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Thank you for  your advice. I have switched from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox and all is well.
